Registration Process

Registration Process For New ACES Academy Families

Step 1:  Fill out the Let’s Get Started Form! in our new Brightwheel registration system (mobile app or on the web) to connect with us.

Step 2: A member of our team will connect with you via Brightwheel to schedule you for an upcoming Open House or Tour.

Step 3: Our team will also help schedule a time for your student to experience the unique and engaging ACES Academy program.  This may be a short classroom visit or may be during one of our Student Experience visits during Open House.

Step 4: Complete the registration packet in the Brightwheel system.

Step 5: When placement availability in the desired class is confirmed, families will receive:

  • Placement Confirmation 
  • Non-Refundable Registration Fee Invoice (due upon receipt to hold placement)
  • Tuition Payment Plan Agreement & Payment Method Set Up in Brightwheel

Step 6: Once steps 1-5 are complete, families will receive a message in late May/early June with next steps for onboarding, back-to-school, communication and summer events.

ACES Academy is an intentionally small learning community and we can occasionally accept mid-year registrants. However, due to class capacity limits, we may make a decision to only allow registrations at specific times of the year.
